In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "fachai," "we," "us," "our" refers to the fachai platform, its operators, and all affiliated entities operating the gaming services available at fachai.lol.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the fachai platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the fachai platform, which holds your profile information, wallet balance, transaction history, and gaming preferences.
• "Platform" means the fachai website, mobile site, any associated applications, and all services, games, and features accessible through fachai.lol.
• "Games" means all casino games, bingo, slot machines, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and any other gaming products offered on the platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback amount, reload bonus, or other incentive made available to players under specific terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.

2.1 Age Requirement

The fachai platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is non-negotiable and is imposed in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory obligations. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The fachai platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or unlicensed do so at their own legal risk. fachai reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at any time without prior notice. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify that their use of fachai is lawful in their location.

2.3 Registration Process

To use fachai, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. fachai is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one fachai account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. fachai employs technical and manual controls to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited at fachai's sole discretion.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

fachai reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, or voter's ID), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed or declined withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fachai account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

fachai will never contact you by phone, email, or any messaging platform to request your password or full payment card details. Any communication claiming to be from fachai that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You must notify fachai immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. While fachai will take reasonable steps to assist, we accept no liability for losses arising from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fachai accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). fachai does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your fachai wallet within seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet may take up to two (2) business hours depending on the originating bank's processing times. fachai does not impose a platform-side deposit fee; however, your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days. fachai reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests of significant amounts, which may extend processing time.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. Limits may vary by payment method. fachai reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at any time in accordance with regulatory requirements or internal risk management policies.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, fachai is required to monitor all financial transactions on the platform. Suspicious transaction patterns will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Players agree to cooperate fully with any AML-related investigations or document requests from fachai or its regulatory oversight bodies.

fachai offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, referral rewards, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion — incomplete wagering within the deadline results in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

5.2 Game Contributions

Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement. Live dealer games, bingo, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward certain bonuses. Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

fachai reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and suspend or permanently close an account — where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using low-risk or mathematically risk-free betting strategies to convert bonus funds to real money; coordinating with other players to satisfy wagering requirements; or any conduct that fachai reasonably determines to be exploitative of promotional structures.

All games offered on the fachai platform — including JILI slots, bingo, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, independently operated dealing environments. Game outcomes are determined independently of fachai's platform infrastructure.

Each game on the platform has its own specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and payable combinations. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. fachai accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics.

In the event of a technical malfunction, interrupted connection, or system error during a game round, fachai will attempt to reconstruct the game state from available server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be refunded at fachai's discretion. Winnings from game rounds affected by a verifiable technical error on fachai's end will be honoured to the extent that the outcome can be confirmed from server records.

For sports betting markets, fachai relies on official results from recognised sports governing bodies and data providers. In cases of dispute over an event result, fachai's determination based on available official data shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fachai platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your account.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, or registering under a false identity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a verifiable bug exploit will be void.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players on the platform.
• Using the platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or process funds on behalf of third parties.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to access fachai's systems, APIs, or source code without written authorisation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing fachai staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Charging back a deposit after using the deposited funds to play games. Confirmed chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and debt recovery proceedings.

8.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions, after which you will be logged out automatically.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. Once reached, further play is restricted until the limit resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gaming for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the fachai platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the exclusion period chosen (minimum 6 months).

8.2 Recognising Problem Gambling

All content on the fachai platform — including but not limited to the fachai name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of fachai or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fachai platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any fachai content without express written authorisation.

Game content, including JILI Games titles and all other third-party game products, remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers. fachai is licensed to distribute these games within its platform and holds no ownership over third-party game content.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, fachai's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fachai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance, or service interruptions beyond fachai's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Actions of third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
• Changes in Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations that affect the availability of services.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, or government actions.

The fachai platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

fachai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where fachai reasonably determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct.
• The account has been involved in money laundering, payment fraud, or chargeback abuse.
• The player is, or is suspected to be, under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to fachai.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming framework.

Upon account closure for reasons other than player-initiated voluntary closure, fachai will conduct a review of the account balance. Where no breach has been found that would warrant forfeiture, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

Players may voluntarily close their fachai account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure is processed within three (3) business days. Outstanding bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

fachai reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations as a player — fachai will provide advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing provisions, correction of typographical errors, or structural reformatting) may be implemented without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the fachai platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between a player and fachai, the player agrees to first attempt resolution through fachai's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team. fachai will respond to formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute process and wish to escalate to a regulatory body may do so through PAGCOR's designated complaints channels.
